The Side Quest series takes me back to image transfers of photos I've taken while just wandering around doing nothing. Always drawn to disrepair, restoration, good clean lines and repetitive pattern mixed with the filth of urban spaces. These Mini Quests are done on small canvases pulled from a studio drawer excavation, with old broken Letraset added to the mix.

Mini Quest I is the back of an office building on Broughton Street.

Mini Quest II is the Buchanan Fire Tower in Kaslo.
