WEEK-END DAYS — Days 7, 14, and 21 — have expanded writing spaces built directly into the program. These are reflection days that belong to the program, not the templates. You don't need both documents open at the same time. -
A single focused task (never more than 15–30 minutes) — A question to sit with — A signpost to the section of the template you're working in. Days 7, 14, and 21 include expanded reflection spaces to mark the end of each week before moving forward.
